Phil Zakhour, Founder and President
| Phil has spent his professional career as an analyst and problem solver. For 23 years he has been honing and applying his skill in breaking down problems to find practical and effective solutions.
He first applied these skills in as a software engineering consultant working in the insurance, banking, high tech, and internet industries. In 1999, Phil co-founded Object Warehouse, Inc., a software consulting and managed hosting company. Some of the organizations Phil has had the privilege to work with include: Ampex, Accuson, Genentech, Hambrecht & Quist, and the California Film Commission.In 2004, Phil started to bring his analysis skills to the field of real estate starting with the purchase of a duplex in San Francisco. This was followed up by the purchase of a four-plex. |

He is now turning his attention to the commercial real estate market, founding CapFlow Investments, Inc., a multi-family property consulting company. This venture specializes in the analysis of multi-family properties to find creative ways to increase the performance of the operation.

Eric Rude, Vice-President of Sales and Marketing
Eric Rude first became involved in real estate through residential remodeling in 1988 while still in high school. Due to his increasing success he obtained his General Contractor's License in 1996, buying his first property that same year. He bought his first rental property in 2000. In 2005 he founded a real estate investment company that owned and managed 36 properties nationwide valued at $14 million. Eric continues expanding his knowledge through advanced education in both business and sales. In 2009 he joined CapFlow Investments as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, integrating his experience and education.
